Refund policy

Digital Services Nature Due to the nature of digital services (SEO copywriting, research, and strategy), once the work has been delivered to you, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, our agency generally does not offer full refunds once a project has been completed and delivered.

Cancellations

    - Before Work Begins: If you change your mind and request a refund before our team has started the research or writing phase of your project, we will issue a 100% refund, minus any standard payment processing fees.

    - Work in Progress: If you wish to cancel an order after work has commenced but before final delivery, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, based on the amount of work already completed.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee (Revisions) While we do not offer refunds on completed digital content, we are 100% committed to your satisfaction.

    - Every copywriting package includes two (2) rounds of complimentary revisions.

    - If the initial draft does not meet your expectations or align with your provided brief, we will work closely with you to edit, refine, and polish the copy until it meets our high standards and your brand voice.

    - Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your draft.

Exceptions Refunds will not be granted for:

    - Change of mind after the final files have been delivered.

    - Lack of specific "Page 1" ranking results (as search engine algorithms are outside of our direct control).

    - Failure to provide necessary information/onboarding details required to complete the project.
